Our Team

Jennifer Duvillers, OSTA’s Chief Animal Officer, works with the Advisory Board and a network of consultants, focusing on animal welfare, wildlife conservation, and animal rights, guided by values of love, respect, and integrity. OSTA aims to expand its in-house team in the future to further achieve its mission.

Jennifer Duvillers, OSTA’s Chief Animal Officer, possesses expertise in animal welfare, wildlife conservation, and animal rights. Our vision for OSTA, however, extends beyond her individual specialization. We are committed to cultivating a diverse team, with each member demonstrating competence in their respective fields but also resonating with animals. Additionally, we can rely on a network of consultants to help us achieve our mission.

Our core values – love, respect, and integrity –  guide all interactions within OSTA and extend to our external engagements.  We prioritize these principles over mere competence, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes trust-building and long-term relationship development.  This approach enables us to pursue our objectives while maintaining a high standard of conduct.

The members of our Advisory Board contribute a balanced blend of material and spiritual expertise. Their  expertise span across various fields like project and business development, digital strategies, academia, communication, public relations, relationship engagement and technology. Equally important, many have reached a significant level of spiritual awareness, infusing their contributions with insights from their spiritual journeys.

As we look ahead, our aim is to strengthen OSTA by expanding our team with individuals who can contribute to fulfilling the objectives of the Advisory Board and the Chief Animal Officer.

The Chief Animal Officer's Path to OSTA

Jennifer leads OSTA, coming from an understanding that humans, nature and animals are interconnected.

I’m Jennifer Dubrulle, the Founder and Chief Animal Officer of OSTA, based in Brussels. Serving animals is my life’s mission.

My spiritual evolution, intertwined with my professional pursuits in animal welfare and wildlife conservation, has instilled in me an understanding of the intricate interconnectedness among humans, nature, and animals.
